On 17th September, upon the invitation of Institute for Energy Research, Prof. Wei Chu from Sichuan University presented an academic seminar at the lecture hall titled “Some typical case for energy chemical engineering and environmental catalysis”for the teachers and students.

　　Prof. Chu is the full professor and Doctoral supervisor of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Sichuan University, working as the vice director of the Sichuan environmental protection environmental catalytic materials technology engineering research center. His research interest is now focused on nano-catalysis, energy chemical engineering and environmental catalysis.
