Fuel injection pressure is one of the important indexes of the fuel supply system, and it is also the key parameter to affect the combustion and emission performance of diesel engine. In recent decades, the fuel injection pressure of the fuel supply system has rapidly increased to 270 MPa. In this talk, associate professor Yu Yu-song presented fuel atomization, shock wave evolution and combustion characteristics under ultra-high pressure injection conditions.
