  研究方向:有机太阳能电池,硅太阳能电池、纳米晶薄膜电池、纳米材料的自组装技术及界面电荷传输性质的相关研究

  个人履历
  1981年12月生,能源研究院,副教授。2010年获大连理工大学微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位。2007-2008年在新加坡南洋理工大学做研究助理的工作,2010年-2012年在IIT研究所做博士后工作。主持及主要参与包括国家自然科学基金在内的省部级以上项目7项。发表SCI、EI收录的学术论文20余篇,授权及申请国家发明专利4项,美国专利1项,出版外文编著1部。

 光电材料与光伏电池的表征与分析
 光伏材料表面与界面的传输研究
 纳米材料组装技术及相关光电器件应用
