On Nov. 11th, 2014, Prof. Jianyue Shen, a Recruitment Program of Global Experts, came to our school for academic exchange.
　　Prof. Shen visited the Laboratories of the Chemistry and Chemical engineering school and Automotive Engineering Research Institute. Students and teachers of four departments attended the academic communication. After the communication, Prof. Shen went into profound discussions with the audience and answered their questions enthusiastically.
　　Prof. Shen, a Chinese Canadian, Graduated from the University of Laval in Chemical Engineering and got his doctor’s degree, became the Program of Global Experts in 2011. He is a visiting professor of East China University of Science and Technology and University of Windsor in Canada. He is also the member of National Research Council Canada, the Hydrogen Fuel Cell Standard Committee of ISO, and the judge of NSERC. Prof. Shen has won the award for the 12th New Canadian Entrepreneurs and the “30 people of Global Fuel Cell” in the America Fuel Cell Management magazine.
