On 20 Oct, Prof. Chunzhong Li, from East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST), visited Jiangsu University and was invited to give a lecture on the topic “Construction of multi-level structured nano energy materials and its performance regulation by restricted reaction method” at Lecture Hall of IER. Prof Huaming Li, the Executive Vice-Dean of IER, hosted the meeting. Over 100 teachers and graduates from IER and SCCE attended the lecture.
Chunzhong Li, who is a professor and Ph.D supervisor at ECUST, is also the Director of Key Laboratory for Ultrafine Materials of Ministry of Education. He is also the Changjiang Scholar and the Winner of National Outstanding Youth Funds, is recognized by National Key Talent Project, National Outstanding Mid-Aged Expert, Special Allowance Expert of the State Council. Prof. Li mainly engaged in the study of Nano Materials and Materials Chemistry Engineering. In the recent ten years, he got 92 China patent applications, 62 of which were authorized, over 300 papers were published in the top journals of his field, such as Energy Environ. Sci.,Adv. Mater. And Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 80 of which with IF over 6, 25 of which are ESI Highly Cited Papers. All these papers were cited by other researchers for over 8,000 times (H-index=46). As the leader of his projects, Prof. Li won the second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award in 2009, and the first prize of Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education in 2010.
