On October 27, the 2025 Jiangsu Higher Education International Industry-Academia-Research-Application Cooperation Exchange Week, hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, was held in Suzhou. Cai Yingfeng, Vice President of Jiangsu University, led a delegation to attend the event.

During the "Appointment of International Supervisors for Joint Graduate Supervision under the Dual-Mentor System" session, Cui Yong, Director of the International Office, presented a letter of appointment as an international supervisor to Professor Evangelos Tsotsas from the University of Magdeburg, Germany, who also serves as an adjunct professor at our institute.

At the agreement exchange ceremony between participating units of the "Double High Synergy" initiative and overseas institutions, Cai Yingfeng, Professor Evangelos Tsotsas, representatives of the Zhenjiang High-Tech Zone, and representatives of China Shipbuilding Power jointly took the stage to participate in the ceremony.
