To enrich the cultural and recreational life of faculty and staff, alleviate work-related stress, and foster a positive, healthy, and vibrant campus culture, the sub-union of the Energy Research Institute and Future Technology College organized a fun fitness event titled "Let KPIs Take a Back Seat, Let Shuttlecocks and Jump Ropes Take Flight!" on December 3. Faculty and staff actively participated in the shuttlecock kicking and rope skipping activities, filling the venue with laughter and an enthusiastic atmosphere.

The event aimed to encourage faculty and staff to temporarily set aside their busy research and teaching responsibilities, step away from their computer screens, relax through physical activity, and strengthen camaraderie.
With shuttlecocks soaring high, participants kicked their way to energy and joy.

With jump ropes swinging vibrantly, they skipped with speed and passion.

After the event, participants were left wanting more and unanimously expressed their appreciation: "Such events are fantastic! Not only did we get to stretch our limbs, but we also rediscovered a long-lost sense of childlike fun." "Health is the foundation of work. We should engage in more exercises to maintain a fuller, more energized state for our duties." The successful hosting of this fun fitness event reflects the sub-union’s commitment to serving and uniting faculty and staff. It not only provided a rare platform for relaxation and interaction, effectively promoting physical and mental well-being, but also significantly enhanced team cohesion and solidarity.
