To enrich the cultural and recreational lives of its staff, the Labor Union of the Energy Research Institute organized a hiking activity at Mount Chuanshan for faculty and employees on October 24. Under the theme "Unite to Scale New Heights, Converge for Boundless Energy," the activity encouraged participants to pair up and support each other in climbing the mountain. This initiative aimed to invigorate the staff, enhance their sense of teamwork, and promote interdisciplinary exchange.

At 2:00 p.m., the faculty and employees gathered at the foot of Mount Chuanshan. After a group photo, Huang Zhonglai, Secretary of the Institute’s Party Committee, delivered a brief motivational speech. He encouraged everyone to fully embody the spirit of "friendship, unity, and mutual assistance" by pairing up and scaling the peak together. Throughout the hike, the participants remained enthusiastic, sharing laughter and offering support to one another. Together, they overcame the continuous steps and physical fatigue, ultimately reaching the summit successfully.

The activity not only achieved its goals of promoting physical fitness and alleviating work-related stress but also strengthened the sense of teamwork among the faculty and employees.
